Transformers Encore #21 Soundblaster. Soundblaster features an all new deco and comes with his original concussion blaster, rocket launcher and 3 rockets. He also features painted decals and a heat sensitive rub sign.

As with previous reissues of Soundblaster this Encore version features the retooled and extended chest compartment which can hold 2 mini spy cassettes.

Soundblaster comes complete with instructions, 3 Encore file cards, 2 clear plastic cassette holders and 2 new mini spy cassettes called Enemy and Wingthing. They come complete with weapon accessories, heat sensitive rub signs and target weakness stickers.
