Celebrate 40 years of Transformers toys with this figure, featuring classic toy design updated to be fully poseable! That's right, the original 1980s classic Car Robot toy is now fully jointed and highly articulated, allowing for intricate posability in action poses.

This new figure of Cordon has the same size, transformation pattern, and basic structure as the original toy, but with updated joints for a greater range of movement and posing. A new human/worker-type figure, which pays homage to Cordons' origins as a Diaclone Car Robot, has also been included and can be mounted in the cockpit in both modes. Even the compact box-shaped packaging and Styrofoam tray pay homage to the era, and it'll make you feel the same excitement as opening a "Transformers" toy back in the 1980s!

Cordon transforms from his robot mode to a super-tuned Lamborghini Countach LP500S police car. The familiar "secret emblem" is also attached to the door in car form, and when you warm it with your fingertip, the faction symbol will appear! The parts that were stickers applied to the vintage toy are now reproduced with relief molding and paint (extra stickers are also included that you can attach if you like). A joint hole for a stand has been added to Cordon's back, too, so he can be displayed in action poses (stand is not included). The package illustration is a new one inspired by the original, and a collectors' card with the same illustration is also included.
